This is about building your aerobic base. We can manipulate nutrition choices, macros and timings to enhance training adaptations. 


The lessons in this phase cover aerobic capacity, supplementation, fasted training, metabolic flexibility, training advice, mitochondria and much more! Let's build that base.

PHASE 2

This is where we shift the graph and improve your anaerobic capacity.
